A culture that transcends our commitment
The challenge of the strategic vision of nuvoil goes beyond the strictly business, has to do with the way of being day to day of all its collaborators. This reason became within our Corporate Management Model in a continuous care environment from 2014, through Corporate Social Responsibility (ISO 26000 Standard) together with the Integral Management System.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
We understand Corporate Social Responsibility as the concept according to which companies voluntarily decide to integrate social and environmental values into our business activities and relationships with our stakeholders.
OUR STAKEHOLDERS
In our sustainable development strategy, the participation of all stakeholders is decisive for decision making, in this sense our stakeholders are the target public of the corporate culture of nuvoil. Therefore, we address each of them in a particular way, through integral relationships and a dialogue in accordance with their communication needs and differentiated goals. Which allows us to respond positively with policies and actions that seek welfare in a scheme with a common good.
Creating value in our environment,
a premise to transcend.

Linkage with the community
Through our Community Linkage Policy, we serve our stakeholders, seek to capture the concerns and expectations of stakeholders, which mean opening the dialogue and identifying opportunities to establish commitments that we execute through mechanisms of action based on our seven principles. All this is done under a three-way scheme, that is, we are a company whose growth engine is distinguished by economic, social and environmental performance.
